It marks a breakthrough in the key material technology, product manufacturing process tooling technology and test evaluation technology of China's domestic nuclear grade cable, and has complete independent intellectual property rights. It has the independent manufacturing capability of K1 nuclear cable. Since then, the history of China's nuclear power plant construction K1 cable is completely dependent on imports.
The 1E class K1 cable used in nuclear power plants is installed in the nuclear power plant containment to realize the power transmission, operation control and signal detection of the equipment operation in the nuclear island, under the special environmental conditions of the normal operation of the nuclear power plant, accident conditions or post-accident conditions. The function can be fully performed under seismic load. The product use environment is harsh, the safety and reliability requirements are high, and the technical content is high. At present, only a few foreign companies have production capacity. The K1 nuclear cable used in nuclear power plants that have been put into operation in China is completely dependent on imports.
It is understood that the K1 cable completed by Shangshang Cable Group includes 23 specifications of power, control and instrumentation, which are mainly used for the inner ring crane project of nuclear reactor building of No. 3 and No. 4 nuclear power plants of the second phase of nuclear power Qinshan joint venture. As a result, Shangshang Group has become the first company in China to produce Class 1E K1 cables for nuclear power plants.
